In Pokemon GO, there always seems to be some kind of new trick or secret being discovered. Rather it’s data mining or even just a lucky player, there’s typically a story of new discoveries around every corner. Now, we know that’s not an accident. John Hanke, the CEO of Niantic Labs, sat down the GamesRadar for a little chat. There, he admitted that Pokemon GO always harbors secrets. On top of that, he claims there’s a specific secret out there right now.

“There will always be secrets in the game that no one has found because we’re always adding new secrets to the game. There’s one out there right now and we’ll see how that plays out over the course of the next few weeks.”

At this point, there’s no definite clue or hint to the current secret. It could be practically anything. However, this brings up an even more exciting point. If what Hanke says is true, then the faster we find new secrets, the more secrets there are to find. So I think we can all agree that we better start hunting for secrets sooner rather than later.
