Chrales continues to be a beacon of information to all the diligent trainers in the world of Pokemon GO. The active data miner, responsible for information pertaining to Celebi and other unseen Pokemon, revealed a large number of shiny Pokemon assets hidden within the game’s code.
The rather expansive list ranges from the first two generations. Some example includes Charmander, Mewtwo, Cleffa, and Ho-Oh. Twitter user LeekDuck has formatted all of the revealed shinies into multiple graphics, displayed below.
It’s to be noted that none of these shiny variations are currently available in the game. But since the assets are there, it makes sense that they’ll be implemented in the near future. Niantic has yet to make an official statement, though many believe it will happen with an upcoming event.
Some also believe they will be rewards for completing research events relating to specific Pokemon.
