A new legendary is coming to Pokémon GO soon. Palkia, the spatial Pokémon of Diamond and Pearl, will start appearing in Raid Battles today.

Starting on January 29, and ending on February 28, Palkia will appear in Raid Battles around the world. Originating in the fourth generation of Pokémon, it operated as the master of space and the balance to Dialga, the Pokémon of time. Dialga has yet to appear in Pokémon GO yet, however.

This occurs right after developers Niantic hosted a special event that returned all of the legendaries from previous generations. This was the only time players had the chance to capture a limited time Pokémon. You’d think that the Time Pokémon would have made more sense to appear next.
