Pokemon GO streamer, Rickey Yaneza (aka Rickeybot), got mugged last night. He was trying to catch a Snorlax, and found a criminal instead. And in an almost spit-take-worthy moment, Yaneza’s stream caught it all. It supposedly happened really fast. There was a quick, sucker punch and an even quicker snatching of the phones Yaneza was using to operate the stream.

Luckily, decent human beings nearby helped Yaneza get up and call the police. According to recent reports, the mugger is still on the loose, and Yaneza has sought medical treatment. He did say, though, that once everything gets back to normal, he’ll be back to the streams. Until then, to top it all off, Twitch suspended Yaneza’s account for “non-gaming content.”
