The stereotype has always been that early morning joggers are the ones to find the dead bodies. There’s just something about going out first thing in the morning and making your way on foot that just screams, “yep, you’re probably going to find a dead body.” Now, it seems that trope is going to shift to Pokemon GO players. This is especially true since that has actually happened.
Do you wanna know the crazy thing? That’s not even the story I’m talking about. In the short time since it’s release, players have found a dead body more than once. More recently, a couple in New Braunfels, Texas came across the body of Christopher Robert Lowe. The 34-year-old man’s body was found at the St. Joseph Cemetery. The kicker, officials have decided to treat this death as a homicide. Who knows, maybe Pokemon GO can actually aid in a homicide investigation?
