Fun news comes to our Korean friends. According to an announcement by developer Niantic, Pokémon Korea, Inc., will host the Pokémon Festa from Friday, September 14, to Wednesday, September 26.
During this event, trainers in South Korea will notice a new surplus of Pokémon in their area. This will be even more true for Seoul during the weekend portion of the event. Trainers can expect rare
Pokémon like Feebas, Trapinch, and more.
This is a rare opportunity for Korea. If they visit the Lotte World Mall during the event, they’ll find the Grass- and Flying-type Pokémon Tropius and the Psychic-type Pokémon Unown. Neither of these Pokémon are normally available in the country.
Good luck to all our Korean trainers out there!
